If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our website. By using our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Services Description
Loyal Construction and Services LLC provides residential remodeling and construction services, including but not limited to: • Bathroom remodeling and renovation • Kitchen remodeling and renovation • Basement finishing and remodeling • Full interior remodeling • Deck construction and repair • Screened porch construction • Sunroom additions All services are subject to availability and require a signed contract. Project estimates provided through our website or initial consultations are preliminary and subject to change following a detailed on-site assessment.
Pricing and Payments
All project prices will be detailed in a written contract, which will be delivered before work begins. Payment terms are as follows: • Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure the project start date and order materials. Wire transfer, check, Zelle, and credit card are accepted (a 3% fee applies). • Partial Payments: Depending on the project scope, partial payments may be required at specific milestones. • Final Payment: 5% upon project completion, after final inspection (restrictions apply). We accept payments by check, bank transfer, and major credit cards. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly late fee, which may result in project suspension and eventual contract termination (restrictions apply).
Project Timeline and Scheduling
Project timelines provided are estimates based on normal working conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to complete work within the agreed timeframe. However, delays may occur due to: • Unforeseen structural issues or conditions • Weather-related interruptions (for exterior projects) • Material availability and delivery delays • Changes requested by the client after work has begun • Permit approval delays from local authorities We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize their impact on your project completion date.
Cancellations and Refunds
Customer-Initiated Cancellations: If you need to cancel or postpone your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing: • Restrictions apply, depending on the materials purchased and other restrictions. Refunds may incur a 10% fee or higher depending on the circumstances. • Less than 7 days before the start date: The deposit is non-refundable. Company-Initiated Cancellations: In the exceptional case that we must cancel a project, you will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made. Refunds for completed work will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of any concerns or disputes.
Warranty and Limitations
Loyal Construction Services LLC provides a limited warranty on our workmanship: • Workmanship Warranty: 1 year from the date of substantial completion for defects in workmanship. • Manufacturer Warranties: Materials and products used in your project carry their own manufacturer warranties, which vary by product. This warranty does not cover: • Normal wear and tear • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect • Damage caused by natural disasters or acts of God • Issues arising from modifications made by the client or third parties • Pre-existing conditions not disclosed before work began To make a warranty claim, please contact us in writing within the warranty period describing the issue in detail.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and photographs, is the property of Loyal Construction Services LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may view and print content from this website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not: • Reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without written permission • Use any content for commercial purposes without a license • Modify or create derivative works from our content • Remove any copyright or trademark notices from materials Project photographs taken by our team may be used in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media unless you expressly request otherwise in writing before the project begins.
Communications and Dispute Resolution
We value open communication with our clients. Any concerns about your project should be raised promptly so we can address them in a timely manner. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, both parties agree to mediation before pursuing any legal action. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be filed in the courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Last updated: January 2025
Service Provision Agreement
As part of the engagement process, any commercial proposal or quote may be accompanied by a Service Provision Agreement containing the specific clauses, conditions, and terms applicable to the contracted service or commercial arrangement. Said agreement supplements these General Terms and Conditions and includes, among other aspects, the scope of work, deliverables, schedule, payment terms, responsibilities of the parties, modification procedures, warranties, confidentiality, and any other project-specific provisions. By signing the agreement whether physically or electronically—the Client declares having read, understood, and fully accepted all clauses contained in said document, as well as these Terms and Conditions, acknowledging that the specific conditions set forth in the agreement shall prevail over the general provisions in the event of any discrepancy regarding the contracted service.
